In a way, it is pseudo credit. That is, the user is actually not getting any credit, but the convenience of the credit card only, the payment being made by him himself in advance to start using the credit card.

Finally, there is another type of bad credit credit cards, called bad credit credit cards itself. Such credit cards come with a lesser credit limit, sometimes as less as $250, and a comparatively higher interest rates. But, if the user, after obtaining and using the credit card, makes the repayments punctually over a period of time, then there are chances that the bank may raise the credit limit and liberalize the repayment terms and interest rates.

Now, from a customer point of view, always keep in mind that the present crisis is due to a variety of reasons, and by obtaining a bad credit credit card, take care not to repeat the same mistakes. If the credit ratings slump further, it may reach such a level from where it may be virtually impossible to gain the trust of any bank in the country. That will help one to find a scheme that is more friendly and fitting to one's earnings. In this regard, searching the internet will be better than going physically to various banks.
